This is the story of Christine Anne Osborne. She loved life, craved a good hockey game, shared her home with everyone, and loved art and music.
She fought ovarian cancer as hard as she could have. There was no Facebook when she left us, so there is no digital legacy.
On July 30th, 2021, I will ride my bike over 300 kilometers from my Edmonton garage to her grave in Edson to celebrate her birthday on August 1st. The day is coincidently my son's birthday, so my wife, son and our daughter will travel by car to meet me there.

This is also my way of celebrating my own 40th birthday, by riding a heck of a good distance.

Along the way, I will be filming a documentary of the ride, featuring passages from the poetry she wrote in the 1960s.
